Print-only forms – Most forms must be printed, filled out manually and delivered
or mailed to the address indicated on the form.
Fill-and-print forms – Some forms contain form fields that can be filled in
on-screen. You may fill the form in on the computer, save and print the completed form. Be sure to
sign it before delivering or mailing it to the address indicated on the form.
